Tennessee Vape Product Registry
As of January 1, 2027, Tennessee law requires that only vapor products listed on the Tennessee Vapor Product Directory may be sold in the state. We want you to know what this means for our customers and community.
Starting January 1, 2027, only registered vapor products will be legal to sell in Tennessee.
Limited Sell-Through period allowed for shops from January 1 - March 1, 2027 for unregistered products purchased prior to January 1, 2027.
Registry is only applicable to the consumable material (i.e. E-liquid) which includes disposables and bottled liquids. This consumable material must be manufactured in an FDA registered facility within the United States.
We will continue to sell only compliant, registry-listed products at our shops.
